The Ben & Florentine Story

It was said that Ben's passion for good food was exceeded only by the tenderness he felt for his wife Florentine. He couldn't quite remember when or how they met, but he could not think of a time when she was not a part of him.

Florentine on the other hand, remembered exactly when they met. That fateful day when Ben came into her father's restaurant with his hearty appetite & those magnificent eyes! She had on her favourite orange dress with the lace collar & he wore a rich brown jacket.

Time proved they had a perfect recipe for love, happiness & good food! They enjoyed cooking together & creating memorable dishes. Ben brought to the table his gift for choosing the best & tastiest ingredients to add to his hearty dishes. Florentine had a knack for adding just the right herb or spice to complement her fresh & healthy fare. Their motto, "It's all about the food!"™
